Part of the goal of this blog is to have intellectual conversations among young people; particularly among young people in high school and college.

I know that, as a young college student in the twenty-first century, the pressures of life and trying to keep up with the world is extremely difficult. It is often necessary for someone to come along side and help those younger generations get settled, walking them through all of their “firsts.” Unfortunately, most people get caught up in their own lives and never take the time to find a younger person and walk them through the world. It is then left to each individual to make their own way. This usually causes many problems because of the many negative pulls and attractions that corrupt the young; particularly, intellectual pulls and attractions.

This is where this blog comes in. Although I cannot save every fellow young person, I hope to stimulate the minds of all who will listen, helping them ask questions and seek reliable answers. I am not someone with credentials beyond my own experience and youth, but I will attempt to draw on others with credentials as much as possible. This blog is mostly about conversation; conversation that is fun, clean, intellectual, and most of all, helpful to the lives and growth of todays youth.

I expect debate and I even encourage it, but that is not the point of this blog. I would hope that everyone commenting will try to remain positive. Friendliness, courteousness, and kindness are of the utmost. That does not mean that you have to compromise on your views in anyway or even remain silent. All this is to say that personal attacks on someones character are not acceptable. Joking around and teasing jests are okay as long as it is done in a friendly manner.

One last thing that must be noted: the author (me) is a strong Christian. If you are not, that is okay and you are still free and encouraged to comment. If this is a problem in anyway, you are free to leave. If you would like to challenge some belief of mine, you may do that, but I reserve the right to not answer and to delete the comment (question) if I so choose (however, most of the time I will do my best to give an answer). I also reserve the same right concerning personal attacks on myself or other visitors.
